Community & Safety

Play competitively. Treat people kindly.

These standards apply to Supertime profiles, names, images, friend activity, groups, chat, reactions and every other space shared with players.

See something unsafe?

Report conduct or content to support@supertimeapp.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

The basics

Respect other players

Friendly competition is welcome. Harassment, threats and attacks on people are not.

Share responsibly

Only post content you have the right to share, and protect other people’s private information.

Play fairly

Do not manipulate games, accounts, invitations, scores or technical systems.

Report real concerns

Use safety reports honestly and include enough context for us to understand what happened.

What is not allowed

Harassment, hate and threats

Do not bully, stalk, intimidate, threaten or repeatedly target another person. Content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics is not allowed.

Sexual, exploitative or graphic content

Do not share sexual content, sexual exploitation, content that endangers minors, or gratuitously graphic violence. We may report suspected child exploitation or credible threats as required by law.

Illegal or dangerous activity

Do not promote illegal activity, self-harm, dangerous acts, regulated-goods transactions or instructions intended to cause harm.

Privacy violations

Do not reveal another person’s phone number, address, private messages or other personal information without permission. Never ask another player for a one-time sign-in code.

Spam, scams and impersonation

Do not send repetitive promotions, run scams, distribute malware, mislead people about your identity or pretend to represent Supertime.

Intellectual property

Only upload names, text and images that you created or have permission to use. Respect copyright, trademark and other rights.

Cheating and service abuse

Do not exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate results, create accounts to evade enforcement, interfere with the Service or attempt unauthorized access.

How to report

  1. Email support@supertimeapp.com with the subject “Supertime safety report.”
  2. Include the display name involved, the group or conversation, the approximate date, and a brief description of what happened.
  3. Attach a screenshot if it is safe to do so and it does not expose unrelated private information.
  4. Keep the original content available while we review it when doing so is safe. You can leave the group, remove a friend or mute notifications where those options are available.
For urgent danger

Supertime support is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if you or someone else is in immediate danger.

How enforcement works

We review available context when we become aware of a potential violation. Depending on the content, severity, history and risk, we may remove content, limit features, warn a player, restrict or suspend an account, permanently close an account, preserve relevant records or notify authorities where appropriate.

We may act immediately when needed to protect players or the Service. Attempts to evade a restriction can result in additional enforcement. We may be unable to share every detail of an investigation or action when doing so would reveal another person’s private information or undermine safety.

Questions

Do these rules apply to private groups?

Yes. The standards apply anywhere people share content or interact through Supertime, including private groups and chats.

Can I report a technical problem here?

Technical and account problems are best sent through Supertime Support. Use a safety report for conduct or content involving another player.

How does Supertime handle information in a report?

We use it to investigate, protect players and enforce these standards. See the Privacy Policy for more about how support and safety information is handled.
